Theodore Reinhard

Theodore Reinhard concentrates his practice in general corporate and business law and real
estate development law, including business organization, financing, succession sales and
acquisition, and individual personal, finance and estate planning. He has been with the firm
since 1965.
BACKGROUND
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Mr. Reinhard attended Union College and graduated from Albany
Law School with an LLB. He was admitted to the Bar of New York State in 1958 and the U.S.
District Court. Northern District of New York in 1959.
