Stephanie White concentrates her practice at Lombardi, Walsh, Wakeman, Harrison, Amodeo & Davenport, P.C., on corporate, real estate and business law.
Ms. White specializes in negotiating and preparing various documents for acquisitions and sales of businesses and a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions for businesses, developers, individuals and lenders; forming, organizing, modifying and dissolving various business entities, including LLCs, corporations and partnerships, and preparing related documents; and negotiating and preparing employment and non-compete agreements.
BACKGROUND
A native of Schenectady, N.Y., Ms. White received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac College of Law in 1981 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York Empire State College in 1974. She received a CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) from the Wharton School of Management and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits, in 2002. Ms. White formerly was counsel to the District of Columbia Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives, Manager of Public Affairs for Pitney Bowes, Inc., and Assistant Attorney General to the New York State Attorney General.
Ms. White was admitted to the Bars of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Connecticut, in 1982, and the New York State Bar in 1991. She is a member of the bar associations of New York State, and Albany and Schenectady counties.
