Paul E. Davenport

Paul Davenport concentrates his practice at Lombardi, Walsh, Wakeman, Harrison, Amodeo & Davenport, P.C., in the litigation, labor and employment department. He has been with the firm since 1991.
Mr. Davenport is involved in all aspects of trial practice, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, trials and appeals in state and federal courts on matters related to personal injury, employment discrimination, ERISA litigation and construction litigation and arbitration.
BACKGROUND
A native of Schenectady, N.Y., Mr. Davenport received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School in 1990 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Siena College in 1985. He was admitted to the Bars of New York State and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York, in 1991. He also is a member of the American Bar Association, the bar associations of Albany and Schenectady counties, the New York State and Capital District trial lawyers’ associations, and the Justinian Society.
Mr. Davenport is a recipient of the John C. Welsh Award, the Matthew Bender Award and the Norstar Trust Award.
