Gary Lombardi concentrates his practice at Lombardi, Walsh, Wakeman, Harrison, Amodeo & Davenport, P.C., on matters related to business and finance.
Mr. Lombardi has significant experience in structuring, negotiating and preparing documentation for stock and asset based acquisitions ranging from less than $1 million to more than $40 million for privately held and regionally based New York Stock Exchange companies. He also represents regionally based divisions of international and domestic financial institutions as well as a variety of commercial borrowers in secured loan transactions ranging from less than $1 million to more than $60 million. Mr. Lombardi is counsel to a wide variety of closely held businesses and professional entities, and their respective owners and families.
His practice is further concentrated in the area of estate tax and dispositive planning and administration of estates. He is approved as examining counsel to Chicago Title Insurance Company and Monroe Title Insurance Corporation.
BACKGROUND
A native of Schenectady, N.Y., Mr. Lombardi received his Juris Doctor from Albany
Law School in 1972 and his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree, cum laude, from Siena College in 1968. He was admitted to the Bars of New York State, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York, and U.S. Tax Court in 1973. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Taxation, the New York State
Bar Association Sections on Taxation and Estates and Trusts, and the bar associations of Albany and Schenectady counties.
