Frederick W. Clark, III, is an Associate Attorney in the Albany commercial law firm of Lombardi, Walsh, Wakeman, Harrison, Amodeo & Davenport, P.C. Mr. Clark concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, banking, business, commercial litigation and municipal law.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Clark represents several banks in commercial lending, and also developers and property managers in the acquisition, permitting, financing and leasing of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes and condominiums. Mr. Clark also serves as a counsel for over twenty-five not-for-profit institutions in the State of New York in connection with tax-exempt bond financing. Mr. Clark also serves as a Hearing Officer for the Empire State Development Corporation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clark served as Assistant Counsel to the New York State Legislative Bill Drafting Commission and as a Confidential Law Clerk for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department.
Mr. Clark received his Bachelor's Degree from Hartwick College in 1990, attended Graduate School at the University of Albany from 1991-1994, and then received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University in 1997. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.
Mr. Clark is also a member of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section and the Municipal Law Section, as well as the Albany County Bar Association.
