Founded in 1956 by the late Louis Lombardi, an attorney and
certified public accountant, the firm initially focused on business
law. Today we have grown to a staff of 20 employees including
9 attorneys with offices at III Winners Circle, Albany, New York.
We serve the Capital District as a full service law firm with
a practice emphasizing in commercial
and corporate law, litigation including personal injury, discrimination claims, labor and employment
claims and securities litigation, real
estate development, taxation and labor
law.
We advise a spectrum of commercial clients from incubators to
regional offices of national companies. The firm continues to
represent clients which have expanded and been acquired by New
York Stock Exchange Companies. Typically, we advise business clients
on all phases of legal operations, including structure, tax planning,
acquisitions, valuations, contracts and management. We design
retirement plans
and coordinate personal financial objectives for principals and employees.
Our labor staff represents local and state organizations in
the public employee field as well as both labor and management
clients in private sector labor relations. We represent hospitals,
local police and fire unions, as well as small to midsize companies
with labor problems. Our litigation
staff has won large awards
not only in the personal injury area but in discrimination cases
